Mini Soufflé Omelette  is a dish made by  Sōma Yukihira  for the Breakfast Buffet Challenge during the  92nd Tōtsuki Generation 's  Tōtsuki Friendship and Rapport Training Camp . By cooking the eggs to form a soufflé, the meal is soft, springy, and bouncy. However, once you eat it, it melts in your mouth, just like magic! Chaliapin Steak Don is a dish made by Sōma Yukihira for his first Shokugeki against Ikumi Mito.

The dish is exclusively made by Sōma combined with the Japanese original dish, the Chaliapin Steak and the donburi concept for his first Shokugeki. Although the dish was made with cheap ingredients that can be found in a supermarket, the dish focused on both innovation and balance of the ingredients to fulfill the donburi mantra, "Dons are completed in one bowl."

How to make Chaliapin Steak Don -

We're big fans of Shokugeki no Souma / Food Wars! and in this video we attempted to make an unpredictable dish that went up against Wagyu A5 steak, which is the best grade of meat that money can buy!

Ingredients:

Chaliapin Steak Don
1 Beef Sirloin (Super market discount)
1 Onion
Pepper
Salt
Potato Starch
Rice (Donburi Bowl)
Umeboshi Paste (Pickled plum)

Sauce
1/4 Cup of Red Wine
2 tbs Soy Sauce
Butter




REAL FACT:
The Chaliapin Steak is an original Japanese steak. It is a dish made in 1936 for the Russian opera singer Feodor Chaliapin when he visited Japan. At the time, he was suffering from toothaches and said, "I want to eat a tender steak." This dish was devised to answer to his request.
